Student mobility
As an international student, you would like to come and follow your studies or part of them at HEPL.
There are two possibilities:
1. The Erasmus+ program: follow part of your studies at HEPL as a Erasmus IN student
2. Outside the Erasmus+ program: join HEPL as a regular student and follow the full program of one of our 70 training courses.
1. Incoming student in the Erasmus + program
In addition to courses offering a semester or a full year in English, you can, as part of the Erasmus+ program, come and take courses in one of our 70 degrees.
HEPL has established numerous exchange agreements with academic partners from around the world.
What are the main administrative procedures to carry out?
- For European students, the procedure is carried out online (lien vers la rubrique).
- For students from countries outside the European Union:
- You send your Learning Agreement (study contract) signed by your home higher education institution to the departmental coordinator of the IRO on which your training depends
- The departmental coordinator validates the document and returns it to you signed
- You receive an invitation letter
- At the end of your Erasmus stay at HEPL, you will receive a transcript of records. These grades will be encoded according to the ECTS grading scale.
Accommodation
As an Erasmus Incoming student, you can request accommodation in the HEPL Erasmus house.
As the number of places is limited, not all requests can be accommodated.
Contact the International Relations Office to find out more about the application and the main administrative procedures.
Accommodations close to your campus are also available.
You will find more information from the IRO departmental coordinators.
