Intensive week on soft skills

More than 30 students from the Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Writing from HEPL and 33 other guests from European partner institutions (Instituto Politécnico do Porto (ESTG) – Portugal, University of Vigo – Spain, Romanian American University – Romania, University of Warmia and Mazury in Olsztyn – Poland as well as the Infalia company – Greece), met at the Provincial Domain of Wégimont.
The intensive week's program has included sharing good practices on soft skills.
The organization of this intensive week aimed to promote the integration of students into the job market by improving their skills in terms of soft skills, these behavioral qualities essential in today's world of work.
Four partner companies proposed concrete cases (Afelio, Brunswick Marine in EMEA, EVS Broadcasting and Venturelab). The intensive week took the form of a hackathon: students divided into 8 hybrid groups studied these cases and proposed innovative solutions by breaking the codes using collective intelligence.
